Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow up survey completed November 29, 2022, Touching Hearts at Home-South Hills had corrected the deficiency cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A, Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on September 30, 2022.
